Travel Expenses The actual cost of expenses are charged for airline tickets, car rental and incidental expenses (parking...) are all included in this list. Meal expenses on travel days are charged as a day-rate according to the city or area where the wedding occurs. No mileage is charged if the wedding is within 60 miles of Charleston, WV.
